By dealing with Planpack.co.uk  you are not dealing with a new or solely internet-based company. Our website is an additional outlet to our wharehouse which is open to both trade and the general public, Established in 1997; we have been involved in the cardboard and corrugated packaging industry for more than a decade. We provide a first class customer service aimed at providing our customers with anything they may need . We know all there is to know about boxes!

If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.

Prices
Our prices are as displayed on www.planpack.co.uk. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items, which are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or upgraded item as a replacement, but if this is not to your satisfaction, you may cancel your order and we will refund any money you have paid.

Payment
You can pay by any credit/debit card via paypal. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your card details will be encrypted. Payment will be taken from your account when the order is placed and you have completed the payment steps. We will never store your card details. You may also pay by cheque or cash on delivery additional fees may apply

Delivery of Goods
We offer a delivery service on all our products and make every effort to keep his price to a minimum. We do not make any profit on delivery charges. We may offer free delivery on items during a special offer period. We understand that you need the cardboard boxes urgently, and that our service is important to you, if the goods you order are "Out of Stock" we will send out your order as soon as the goods become available again. If for any reason we cannot source the items we will contact you to inform you. For this reason we ask you to allow up to 5 working days for your items to arrive
If you order online you will be able to select your delivery options and costs before you submit your credit card details. If you order offline you will be notified of delivery costs.

Standard Delivery to UK Mainland Only: Orders received before 4:30pm (Monday-Friday)  will be despatched the same day  to anywhere within the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Ireland.

Standard Delivery Charges (Mainland England & Wales: £9.50 up to 20kg then £0.22p per kilo after. There is currently a additional fuel surcharge of 3% this may or may not be included in the delivery costs. Subject to couriers T&C’s which is out of our control
Lengths over 2.5m will be charged as a XS Service
XS Service          Single Items over 25kg (Note, No 9am option available on XS Service)
                             £13.50 up to 25kg then £0.36p per kilo. Up to a maximum of 50kg any parcel (max weight)

Additional Delivery Charges for Scotland & Ireland:
Lowlands    Add £2-00
Highlands   Add £8-00
OFF SHORE   Add £30-00 Up to 5 kg then £1-50 per kilo

If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to “pop out” please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, which we quote for that item, please contact us by email or telephone. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid minus delivery fees

Guarantee of Satisfaction

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
The product must be returned in its original condition. We can arrange for the return of the goods, but we will charge you for the costs involved, unless the product is faulty. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange. If you do want us to arrange collection please contact us and we will try to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt . Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
